Each driver of the company has a mobile cash register, has the right to receive cash as payment for goods and services, and is obliged to issue the buyer a fiscal cash receipt confirming the fact of payment. In case of a breakdown of the cash register or other problems with payment, it is possible to ship the goods "on credit", but only after calling the office. In addition to the cash receipt, the driver is obliged to sign and give the client the invoices for the transfer of goods and the return of containers. Shipment without paperwork is strictly prohibited.

If you know the Invoice number for payment of goods (for example, if you ordered online on the website and received confirmation of the accepted order, or received a paper document), you can go to the payment page, indicate the Invoice number and the amount to be paid and click "Proceed to payment".
We will check the validity of the specified invoice and redirect you to the page of the Portmone or Platon payment system, where you can make a secure payment. Please note that our company accepts payments by bank card exclusively(!) using these payment systems. Any other payment options using a bank card are invalid!

Currently, many banks offer their clients the opportunity to manage their account via the Internet. To do this, the bank offers to install a special application, through which the client can log into their personal account and see the status of their account, as well as transfer money to another account. For example, to the account of the company "Clean Water", as payment for received goods and services.

To pay for an order, it is enough to indicate the details of our bank, and it is MANDATORY(!) to indicate the purpose of payment: "Payment for goods according to Invoice No. ... from ...". You can see the Invoice number in the documents handed over by the driver at the time of delivery. It is advisable to indicate your last name and initials - this will help to avoid errors when receiving payment.

If you are registered in the Portmone payment system, you can add the Clearwater company to your templates and receive and pay all invoices "in one click". To do this, in your Account on the Portmone website, you need to click the "Add company for payment" button, select the "Distribution" section and click on the Clearwater company logo, then specify:
1. Personal account (client code) - the first digits in the paper Invoice number before the "/" sign
2. Full name or company name - EXACTLY(!) as indicated in the paper Invoice in the "Recipient" field

After clicking the "Save" button, this data will be sent to the Clearwater company for verification and registration. If the verification is successful, an electronic invoice for payment of the last delivery will appear in your Portmone personal account. In the future, after each delivery (at the time the Order is processed by the accounting department), you will automatically receive another Invoice for payment indicating the number, date, delivery address, payment amount (in terms of water/rent/deposits/other) and the number of returned containers according to the data of the Clearwater company.
