What is the difference between the pump and dispenser (advantages and disadvantages of each type)?

The pump and dispenser - two of the most simple types of equipment, cheap and economical to use. Each of them has some advantages and disadvantages that can make a difference in the eyes of the customer. The main advantage of the pump is that the customer does not need to turnover the bottle (the more so, with the removed plug). In addition, the pump does not require frequent sanitation such as a dispenser. The disadvantage is that you need to pump water to make some effort, and, if a family has young children, for them it may be difficult. Also decreasing water level in the bottle, becomes difficult to pump. Concerning the dispenser, it’s easier to pour water from it, just open the tap, but to install the full 19-kg bottle with the cover removed need strength and agility, so for women dispenser is not very convenient. Also, during using water-dispensing contact with the air is more likely, and as a result, formation of biofilm and microbes (note: in clear water microbes multiply much faster than in the dirty water!). What is the difference between mini-cooler and the standard one?

How much energy consumes cooler?

The cooler works in discontinuous mode. The main energy consumption occurs when it heats / cools water. If the water flow is small, the cooler simply maintains the neccesary temperature in both tanks with special sensors that turn on and off the heating / cooling function automatically. In this case, power consumption is minimized. If it’s consuming a lot of water, and therefore, it has to beoften heated / cooled, the energy consumption is higher. The average power consumption of about 1 1.5 kW per day.

(In a very cold and very hot water, the threat is much lower). In this case, such solutions are possible:

- Keep the cooler switched on;

- get PowerDown and install it on the minimum number of working hours per day;

- Drain the water from the cooler tanks after removing it from the network.

Cold water is discharged through the tap of cold water and hot water - through the drain hole, which is located at the back of the cooler;

- After returning from vacation to give us cooler if it was off for all the time, to sanitation.

Does cooler boil the water?

No, it doesn’t boil, it just warms it up to the temperature required for brewing tea, coffee, cooking quick soups, etc. (85-92 ° C). Boiling is necessary to remove from the water all harmful bacteria, as well as the temporary hardness is removed, turning into scum. It is not required for our water, because it doesn’t contain bacteria due to effective disinfection with the microbiological control of each set. As water has a low hardness, so the boiling process does not affect to the hardness, respectively does not giving a scum. We are not satisfied with the heating water temperature in the cooler, what to do?

The cooler heats water till 85-92?S. This temperature is sufficient for brewing tea in packs, instant coffee, quick soups etc. There can be several variants of the problem.

If the water gain at once more than 5 people, the temperature of water in the last glass will differ from the first, and may not be sufficient. In this case it is necessary to wait a few minutes to warm up the water in cooler to the desired temperature. Or to order one more cooler.

In necessarity of special technologies of making coffee, tea in packs, where necessary, for example,to boil, you will need to use an additional equipment, kettles, pots, cezve.

If the water is clearly not hot, just warm, then you should contact your operator to solve the problem by the service workshop of the company.

How long does work the gas-cylinder?

On cooler CO2 cylinder is set 3 kg gas-cylinder.

The content of carbon dioxide is approximately 2 g. From one cylinder of carbon dioxide is obtained from 1000 to 1500 portions.

With one gas-cylinder it can be obtained more than 200 (two hundred) liters of carbonated water, it’s about 10 bottles of soda water. It can be calculated.

For example, there are 5 people in the office. Suppose, that for everybody drink 2 cups of soda per day. It is about 0.4 liters.

Total 0.4l by 5 people is 2 liters per day.

200 liters of cooler possibilities divide by 2 liters consumption per day, we get 100 days.

With 22 working days per month (100 days divided by 22 days) we get at least 4.5 months.
