Our bottles are made of polycarbonate, a durable, chemically neutral plastic. Polycarbonate does not interact with the water, so it does not affect on it’schemical and taste properties.

On the recommendations of productors of bottles, in the absence of mechanical damage and maintaining the appropriate appearance of a bottle it can be used about 60 times - it is about 2 years. But this applies only to polycarbonate bottles. We draw the attention of customers to the fact that not all providers use these bottles, someof them pour water in cheaper PET-bottles. At first look, the two bottles look the same. But between using polycarbonate bottles and PET-bottles, there is one significant difference. If the first look takes the hot washing up to 60 degrees (which is an important condition of quality of the production process), the anothercan be only washed with cold water, because they melt and lose their shape from the hot water. Even more, because of its fragility PET bottles are much smaller than polycarbonate. The material of construction of the bottle is always indicated at the bottom of the bottle. The company "ClearWater" never uses PET bottles for filling it’s water.

All the bottles that have been returned to our factory from customers have major processing before again being filled with water and transferred to the delivery. First, we remove them from the old cover, check for the presence of visible external damages, rejectworned and old bottles, which have lost their marketability. Thereafter the bottles fall onto a conveyorwhere firstly tested automatically check for the presence of microcracks, which are not visible to the eye. Such testing is necessary in order to minimize the chance of leakage of the bottle in the future. Then each bottle passes alkaline wash solution, acidic disinfecting solution and rinsing product (pure ozone water). It should be noted that our entire production process, including the process of washing bottles, is recorded in the quality control system ISO 9001: 2000, which guarantees 100% compliance with all the rules of this process for each bottle, leaving from our conveyor.

The reasons may be different. With the conveyor of bottle-washing machines all bottles are filled and there is also a visual inspection of them. The leakage can be during delivery through microcracks in the bottles, which are caused by the blows of the various objects, especially sharp corners, when carrying. Normally it can be seamlessly and appears when you click on the bottle, shaking, or with temperature changes. In some cases, it may be flowing through the cover, which manifested a hidden defect, invisible during sealing. This bottle can not in any case be put on the cooler, as in an inverted bottle should be kept vacuum. If not, then there is nothing to hold water in the bottle, it starts overflowing cooler tanks and very quickly all the contents of the bottle is poured on the floor.

Thermo is a protective film that covers the neck of the bottle. It serves as a guarantee of the product's originality and anti-counterfeiting. Another function of film - more hygienic protection of the bottle neck (the neck of the bottle gets less dust, the driver does not touch it by his hands during delivery). The footage shows our trademark (logo are many CW). It has been put on each bottle automatically at the end of the manufacturing process. The absence on the delivered bottles of film should serve as an occasion for the customer to contact us and request a free changing of product.

«Clear Water» is a high-quality water produced by deep cleaning artesian water with the use of modern membrane technology, highly mineralized salt purification. In this method, water is completely purified from any polluting its substance, which strucks almost all drinking water sources, including artesian. This is a result of the increasing deterioration of the environmental conditions, a large number of wells through which everything penetrates into the deep layers that is on the surface. Mineralization is necessary because with the unuseful substances there is missing also of the part of useful minerals, which are restoring. It’s used to drink raw,fortea, coffee and other drinks and food. At the same time, considering the purity and low salt content, there is a preserving of the taste of tea, coffee, and all the components of food as much as possible.

Water from the wells initially treated by ultraviolet for it’sdisinfection. Then passes through a series of individual filters, where iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, salts giving scumis removed from water. Finally water is fed to a membrane filter where is the final deep cleaning at the molecular level - all kinds of dirt are retained, organic toxins, heavy metals, residues of bacteria and viruses. The result is guaranteed clean water from any contamination.

Regular water contains physiologically necessary macroelements - calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chlorides, bicarbonates in minimal quantities in accordance with the hygienic requirements. The minimum amount are chosen because people are more affected by salt deposits than it’s surplus. Iodine water has the same composition, butthereis added iodine salt. Fluorine water is the same as regular, but there is added fluorine salt.

We have distilled water. This kind of water is prepared by double filtration through a membrane filter (back osmosis) and corresponds to State Standart 6709-72 for distilled water.

The amount of iodine in the environment depends on the remoteness of the sea area. Ukraine in the Central and Northern part relates to areas with some iodine deficiency in natural sources (food, water). Also, at elevated risk ingestion of radioactive iodine human normal use iodine displaces radioactive iodine replacement for normal iodine. This applies mainly to the thyroid gland. The use of iodinated water is effective for the prevention of iodine deficiency and cleansing from radioactive iodine. Iodine deficiency causes thyroid disease in adults and developmental delays in children. According to medical sources, the biological role of fluoride is mainly related to its involvement in bone formation, the formation of the tooth (dentine) and tooth enamel. Sufficient intake of fluorideis needed to prevent caries. Fluoride is the only mineral that comes into the body in general, 90% with drinking water. In the foodthere is almost no fluoride, except tea, seafood.

If you take pills with iodine (in diseases of the thyroid gland) or fluorine (to prevent caries), then in addition to drink iodine and fluorine water is not necessary, because of the risk of overdose. In other cases - there are no contraindications. In other way, iodine water is useful for thyroid gland and fluoridated water - helps to resist caries.

Production capacity and the well is located at Kiev region, Kiev Svyatoshinsky district, Mila village, Komarova street, 23-B. It is located to the West of Kiev. The area is characterized by the fact that the higher direction of motion of underground waters for hundreds of kilometers there is no soil polluting industries. Therefore, contamination of the waste of human activities are minimal.

The filter operating on the principle of back osmosis, has been arranged quite simple: the main element allowing a high degree purification of water is the thin film membrane. If to explain very simply, it is a kind of grid cell size that is equal to the size of a water molecule. Cells are obtained by laser processing. Of course, through a "grid" can go or water molecules, or substances with an even smaller molecule size- dissolved oxygen in the water, hydrogen, etc. As a result of the water areremoved practically all dissolved components, as well as heavy metal salts, organic matters and bacteria. Back osmosis is used in various water technologies of impurities including water desalination and purification of drinking water for various purposes since the early 1970s.

We are not conserving water. Long storage of our water is provided by a high degree of purification from bacteria, microorganisms and organic compounds. Also during the filling water in the bottles there is a disinfection, both water and bottles, plugs by ozone. After 6-10 hours depending on the temperature, ozone turns into ordinary oxygen. This leads to an additional saturation of water with oxygen.

Mineralization of our water is about 100 mg / liter (TDS). The ionic composition of water includes calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, bicarbonates, chlorides, fluorine, iodine.

Minerals are delivering from Europe, mainly from Germany. There are used mineral salts of highest purity, wherein the basic material is from 99.8 to 100%. In appearance it is crystals that resemble ordinary table salt.

Thanks to its balanced mineral composition, CLEARWATER can bedrinked without any restrictions, at any age, including pregnant women. People with the disease, doctors usually recommend eating less salts, so our product can be recommended to them, because there there is a low quantity of salts.

All bottles are closed with a brand coverapplied the date and time of bottling, which can not be removed without damaging. The pump and dispenser - two of the most simple types of equipment, cheap and economical to use. Each of them has some advantages and disadvantages that can make a difference in the eyes of the customer. The main advantage of the pump is that the customer does not need to turnover the bottle (the more so, with the removed plug). In addition, the pump does not require frequent sanitation such as a dispenser. The disadvantage is that you need to pump water to make some effort, and, if a family has young children, for them it may be difficult. Also decreasing water level in the bottle, becomes difficult to pump. Concerning the dispenser, it’s easier to pour water from it, just open the tap, but to install the full 19-kg bottle with the cover removed need strength and agility, so for women dispenser is not very convenient. Also, during using water-dispensing contact with the air is more likely, and as a result, formation of biofilm and microbes (note: in clear water microbes multiply much faster than in the dirty water!). Therefore, customers who use the dispenser, should pour out of it all the water and wash the inner walls of the dispenser once in 2 weeks.

Mini cooler is sometimes called a table cooler. It’s mounted on the stand (table). The cooler works in discontinuous mode. The main energy consumption occurs when it heats / cools water. If the water flow is small, the cooler simply maintains the neccesary temperature in both tanks with special sensors that turn on and off the heating / cooling function automatically. In this case, power consumption is minimized. If it’s consuming a lot of water, and therefore, it has to beoften heated / cooled, the energy consumption is higher. The average power consumption of about 1 1.5 kW per day.

Disabling the cooler at night or on weekends only makes sense to reduce energy costs. From a security perspective, left for a night or a weekend cooler is no more risk than, for example, a refrigerator.

Concerningto the shutdown of the cooler for a longer period (one week or more), we do not recommend to do this, as in water at room temperature bacteria multiply rapidly and can cause an unpleasant smell / taste. (In a very cold and very hot water, the threat is much lower). In this case, such solutions are possible:

- Keep the cooler switched on;

- get PowerDown and install it on the minimum number of working hours per day;

- Drain the water from the cooler tanks after removing it from the network.

Cold water is discharged through the tap of cold water and hot water - through the drain hole, which is located at the back of the cooler;

- After returning from vacation to give us cooler if it was off for all the time, to sanitation.

No, it doesn’t boil, it just warms it up to the temperature required for brewing tea, coffee, cooking quick soups, etc. (85-92 ° C). Boiling is necessary to remove from the water all harmful bacteria, as well as the temporary hardness is removed, turning into scum. It is not required for our water, because it doesn’t contain bacteria due to effective disinfection with the microbiological control of each set. As water has a low hardness, so the boiling process does not affect to the hardness, respectively does not giving a scum. Also it has to keep in mind that the absence of boiling is the one of the reasons why from the cooler can’t drink the tap water, water from the pump-room, spring, etc.

The cooler heats water till 85-92?S. This temperature is sufficient for brewing tea in packs, instant coffee, quick soups etc. There can be several variants of the problem.

If the water gain at once more than 5 people, the temperature of water in the last glass will differ from the first, and may not be sufficient. In this case it is necessary to wait a few minutes to warm up the water in cooler to the desired temperature. Or to order one more cooler.

In necessarity of special technologies of making coffee, tea in packs, where necessary, for example,to boil, you will need to use an additional equipment, kettles, pots, cezve.

If the water is clearly not hot, just warm, then you should contact your operator to solve the problem by the service workshop of the company.

On cooler CO2 cylinder is set 3 kg gas-cylinder.

The content of carbon dioxide is approximately 2 g. From one cylinder of carbon dioxide is obtained from 1000 to 1500 portions.

With one gas-cylinder it can be obtained more than 200 (two hundred) liters of carbonated water, it’s about 10 bottles of soda water. It can be calculated.

For example, there are 5 people in the office. Suppose, that for everybody drink 2 cups of soda per day. It is about 0.4 liters.

Total 0.4l by 5 people is 2 liters per day.

200 liters of cooler possibilities divide by 2 liters consumption per day, we get 100 days.
